Birth
Caroline A. Bishop was born April 9, 1844, in Westerlo to James Bishop, and his wife Celecia.
Marriage & Children
On October 3, 1871, Caroline married David W. Tallman in the U.S. Post Office in Norton Hill, in nearby Greene County. He was the son of Jonathan Tallman and Caroline Bouton of Huntersland. After their marriage, they moved to nearby Greenville, Greene County and had three children:
- Wellington E. Tallman (1873-1957)
- Della B. Tallman (1877-1951)
- Omer A. Tallman (1879-1957)
Life Events
Caroline was a lifelong homemaker.
Death
She died on February 08, 1894, in Norton Hill at 49 years of age. She was buried in Locust Cemetery there.
