John Williamson was born c 1758. His birth location and names of parents are unknown.

John was a farmer and landowner in what is now the Town of [[Knox]] before 1800.
==Marriage and Children==
John married [[Mary Passage]], a daughter of [[George Passage]] and [[Mary Rutter]] about 1781 in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albany_New_York Albany NY]. Mary was born in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philadelphia Philadelphia, PA] in 1759, and died in [[Knox]] in 1842.<br>

John and Mary had 11 children, only 8 lived to adulthood and were named in John's will:
