On October 3, 1914, Iola L. Pangburn's sister, [[Martha May Pangburn]] sold [[Lot 065-K]], including the house at 66 Beebe Road, Knox, NY to [[Charles E. Beebe]]. Apparently Martha May Pangburn inherited the house and land from her father, [[Pangburn, David Emory|D. Emory Pangburn]], who purchased it in 1879 from [[Walter S. Church]].<br />
