In 1870 Andrew and his wife Sarah were living on the farm with Andrew's parents Caleb and Hannah.<ref name="1870Census"/> Andrew was working as a farmer.<ref name="1870Census"/>

==Death==
Sarah died on February 9, 1910, and Andrew died on July 9, 1921, both at at Grand Junction, Mesa Co., Colorado, and were buried at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery, Grand Junction, Colorado.
