Mrs. Gage was born in Guilderland. She was a graduate of the former Altamont High School and the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Albany.<br />

Mrs. Gage moved to Knox in 1939 and helped run the family farm with her husband, Ernest W. Gage, who died in 1994.<br />
<br />
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia A. Gage of Knox; two sons, James E. Gage of Knox and Howard R. Gage of St. Johnsville; and three grandchildren.<br />
<br />
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Fredendall Funeral Home, 199 Main St., Altamont. Burial will be in Knox Cemetery.<br />

Calling hours will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.<br />
