Willard John Osterhout served in the United States Navy, in the years of 1960-1961. Willard entered the Navy as a Naval Aviation Cadet, class 1260, at Pensacola, Florida. He was discharged from the regular Navy in 1961, and served an additional four years in the Naval reserves, in Albany New York.&lt;br /&gt;
